Course Reserves

GPTC Library's Course Reserves service allows instructors to place physical items on reserve for the use of your classes for the duration of the semester or longer if requested.

  • Please print and complete a Reserves Request form below, and drop it by the library with your materials during library hours.
  • Once an instructor submits a request and drops off the materials, please allow 5 business days for us to get them ready.
  • As soon as the instructor receives an email that the request is completed students will have access to view items within the library for up to three hours.

The  GPTC Libraries do not accept desk copies, teacher's editions,  or review copies for reserves. These items will be returned to you. The GPTC libraries are subject to and comply with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. While it is the individual responsibility of all faculty, staff, and students to obtain copyright clearance, please contact Dr. Wendy Wilmoth, Director of Library Services, should you have any questions related to current copyright law.
