Settings for assignments/tests are determined by the instructor. If you are not able to see an assignment or test, it is possible that the instructor has not made it available or the due date has passed. You would need to contact the instructor to assist you.
Contact the instructor first before contacting Blackboard Support or anyone else. The instructor must be contacted first to determine the issue first. Please give the instructor time to return your call or email. If they have not returned your call or email after 24 hours during Business Hours then contact the Dean for that department. If it is the weekend, please give the instructor at least till Monday morning to return your message.
