Need to Send a Fax?

We provide limited faxing services to GPTC students, staff, and faculty.  Please see the policy below:

1. The fax machine is operated by library staff ONLY. Patrons will be given a cover sheet to fill out with appropriate information. The patron must sign the policy statement on the back of the sheet.  The Library will retain the cover sheet.

2. Only black and white letter sized documents, five pages or less, can be faxed.

3. Faxes may only be sent to local or toll-free numbers.

4. Patrons must provide a copy for faxing in acceptable condition.

5. The library is not responsible for the fax being successfully received at its destination.

6. The library is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from faxing.

7. The library will provide confirmation of the outcome of the fax transmission.

8. The patron must stay until the fax is sent.

9. If the fax is not successfully sent after 3 tries, the patron should check to make sure the number is correct and try another time.
