How to Search for Printed Books and Ebooks in Primo

Primo is our online catalog which provides simple, one-stop searching for printed books and eBooks, videos, articles, and more.

  • To perform a simple search for printed books and eBooks, begin by clicking the ‘Find Books’ tab located in the ‘Find it!’ box.
  • Next, type in your key words or search terms and click "Search" or press enter on your keyboard.
  • The result list will contain both printed books and eBooks.
  • EBooks will say "Online access" or "Full text available" under the description. "Online access" is a link that will take you directly to the book. "Full text available" will take you to a link that you can follow to read the book.
  • Printed books will say "Available" under the description and will show a location in the library and a call number. Use the call number to find the item on the shelf.
